Security deposit of $150. Monthly rent can be paid by cash, check, Venmo or autopay with credit card online. 12-month lease available also: sign for 12 months, pay for 11 upfront by cash, check or Venmo. Credit card payment for leases other than monthly will incur a 2.9% fee.
